Couples therapy with Andrew Boyton
A space to hit pause, take stock, and figure things out, together.

Every relationship has its stuff. We are here to walk you through it. Together.
Couples therapy does not mean your relationship is broken. It means you care enough to work through the hard stuff, together. Whether it is communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, life changes, or simply wanting to feel close again, we create a space to listen, understand and rebuild.

Couples therapy is not only for crises. It is a space to grow stronger together.

No masks. No judgement. Real conversation and support, wherever you are starting from.
For the big and little moments
New baby. Moving in. Loss. Distance. A place to hold it all, together.
How it works
A clear path into the work
- 01
Initial conversation
A no-obligation chat to explore what is going on, how couples therapy works, and whether it feels like a good fit. This is usually the essential first step.
- 02
Standard couples sessions
Flexible sessions booked with you both, shaped around your pace and focus. We work with what needs attention most.
- 03
Longer consultation
A deeper, solution-focused session when you want more time in one sitting, either as a standalone or to decide on ongoing work.
- 04
A structured course of work
When lasting change needs room to unfold, we agree a clear arc of sessions so there is enough containment, momentum and space to practise between meetings.

For couples.
Sessions hold a deep understanding of what it means to be human. We acknowledge social, racial and financial stressors, and know that no two relationships are the same.
- Flexible support for modern relationships, without rigid formats.
- In person in Leamington Spa or online, fitting around busy schedules.
- Understanding of blended families, co-parenting, LGBTQ+ relationships and diverse partnership structures.
- Focus on preventative wellbeing where relevant, not only intervention when things fall apart.
Why this work
The greatest change often happens when we tend to the space between two people, not just one.
Couples therapy offers a space for reflection, emotional expression and the exploration of different experiences. The past can be processed, the present shaped, and the future can feel more hopeful and progressive.
