MOT Check-in · Leamington Spa & online
Mental maintenance, made simple
You are not in crisis. You are fine, just not fine-fine. A 50-minute check-in could be the breather you did not know you needed.

Take a minute. Take fifty.
It does not always have to be that deep.
You do not need a crisis on your hands to deserve a conversation. The MOT Check-in is a single, focused session for the in-between moments, when something feels off but you cannot quite name it. Talk things through, untangle the mess, and leave with one or two things you can actually do about it.
Think of it as a mental MOT. You do not wait for things to fall apart before booking one. A quick check-in keeps everything running more smoothly.
What you'll get
A good conversation might be all it takes
A conversation with a qualified human
Fifty minutes with someone who listens properly. No scripts, no worksheets, just a real conversation about what is actually going on.
Space to slow down
A chance to say things out loud, sift through the mental clutter, and make sense of what it all means before it builds up.
A fresh perspective
A different angle on whatever has been circling, plus one or two practical next steps you can actually take.
No long-term commitment
No ten-step plan, no obligation to keep going. Just one good conversation to help you find your feet again.
Kind and confidential
A calm, private space that is completely yours. What you share stays between you and Andrew, always.
A starting point, if you want one
If you decide to continue, we can shape a plan together. If you do not, you have still done something worthwhile.
Best for
No journaling. No mantras. No mood boards.
Just a mental spring clean, no rubber gloves required. A check-in is for the moments when you suspect a conversation would help, even if nothing is technically wrong.
Book your check-in- When you are probably fine, just not fine-fine.

- When sorting things out no longer feels like a solo project.
- When your to-do list has grown feral and your inner voice is mostly static.
- When you have plenty to say and no idea where to start.
- When you just need to talk to someone who will not say, "But have you tried meditation?"

Why a check-in
You do not have to be in crisis to deserve a conversation.
A check-in gives you a contained, confidential space to slow down and say things out loud. You might arrive with a foggy head and leave with a clearer one. You might arrive with a question and leave with a next step. Either way, you have done something quietly brave for yourself.
