Neurodivergence, autism and ADHD
Understanding how your mind works, not changing who you are.
Understanding neurodivergence
Living with autism, ADHD or another form of neurodivergence shapes how you think, connect and experience the world. The same wiring that brings focus, creativity and depth can also make daily life, relationships and work feel overwhelming — especially if you've spent years adapting to fit expectations that were never quite the right shape for you. There's nothing wrong with how your mind works. The aim here is understanding it, and finding ways of living and relating that actually work for you.
How I can help
I support individuals navigating personal and professional challenges related to neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD — whether you have a formal diagnosis, are exploring one, or simply recognise yourself in the description. The work is neurodiversity-affirming: building self-understanding, recognising your own patterns, setting boundaries and communicating your needs with confidence, rather than trying to change who you are. Sessions are available individually, in Leamington Spa or online.
This work takes place as part of individual therapy, held in person at 19 Binswood Street, Leamington Spa, or online across the UK. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, at a pace that respects what you are carrying.
