Couples in Chaos

An eight-session programme for couples facing significant difficulty, rupture, loss of trust or emotional disconnection.

When a relationship is in difficulty, it can be hard to know where to begin. Couples in Chaos is a structured therapeutic programme that gives the work a clear shape: understanding what has happened, steadying things now, and finding a shared direction from here.

The journey

Eight sessions, one defined journey

Eight 60-minute sessions, usually weekly, in person at 19 Binswood Street, Leamington Spa, or online. Progress and suitability are reviewed throughout, so together we can decide at each stage whether the programme is helping and whether to continue.

Suitability

Who it may suit

Couples experiencing significant difficulty, rupture, loss of trust or emotional disconnection who would value a clear structure and a defined path.

Important

When it may not be the right fit

If either of you feels afraid of or unsafe with the other, or there is abuse or coercion in the relationship, couples work may not be safe and individual support is usually the better first step. Please say so when you get in touch and we can talk through the right starting point.

What to expect
